ELMNT EARTH is more than a brand—it’s a reflection of my journey, my family, and the sacred connection we all share with the world around us. The name itself holds a special meaning: the ELM represents the first initials of my three amazing children, who are the heart and soul of everything I do. Together, they remind me of the strength, growth, and grounding that nature and family bring to our lives.
But the journey to create ELMNT EARTH wasn’t always clear. For years, I lived by society’s script - chasing the hustle, meeting expectations, and striving for an illusion of success. Deep down, though, I felt a pull, an unshakable sense that there was more to life than ticking boxes.
It wasn’t until I began to peel back those layers, let go of the illusions, and embrace my truth that everything changed. Life became less about doing and more about being. That’s when I discovered Reiki—a practice that transformed how I see and live my life.
✨ Reiki showed me the magic in everyday moments: the warmth of a sunrise, the grounding energy of the earth, and the quiet joy in just being. It’s not about perfection or endless positivity—it’s about finding meaning and alignment, even in life’s heaviest moments.
