From Global Business to Soul Work
Hi, I’m Alicia. Founder of ELMNT EARTH. I’m a Reiki Master, writer, and mother of three.
For over 15 years, I built and ran an import and manufacturing business. I knew how to manage logistics, work with suppliers, and move products across the world. But the deeper I went, the more I realised something was missing. The work no longer lit me up.
I was craving something aligned with who I was becoming something rooted in truth, ritual, and soul.
The Shift
ELMNT EARTH was born as a return to myself, and to the Earth.
I still import, but now I bring in tools that hold intention: Palo Santo hand-rolled by artisans in Huanchaco, cacao to open the heart, clay incense holders shaped by the Earth. These are not chosen for trends, but for truth.
Over time, ELMNT EARTH has grown into more than a store. It has become a portal — a space for remembrance, healing, and soul connection.
