Jewellery

We accept returns on jewellery for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unworn and in its original condition
Returned with any original packaging
Returned at the buyers expense

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possibile.

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all digital downloads, including ebooks, guides, and other downloaded content, are non refundable.
