Another Earth Awaits: The Shift That Comes with Soul Connection
One thing I’ve learned, and this is personal for me, is that I could only truly discover this deeper meaning of living once I connected with my soul. I could only truly see the beauty of being human when I made that soul connection. It’s like putting on new glasses—you suddenly see the world in a completely different way. We have our body, we have our minds, but when you bring the soul into the equation, I like to call it the Holy Trinity: body, mind, and soul. When all of these are in alignment, that’s when you experience true wholeness and unity within.
The soul is what makes you, you. Our ancestors understood this truth—they knew the soul was everything. The soul impacts the mind, it impacts the body. When you’re disconnected from your soul, you’re disconnected from both your body and your mind and Mother Earth.
’ll say it plainly: most people in society are not connected to their souls, and most of us are unaware of it. We know the word "soul," we understand the concept, but what we don’t understand is that we lost our connection to our soul when we were young—sometimes even as babies. This disconnection began when we entered modern society. Evolution was meant to be a revolution, but somehow, it caused us to lose touch with our souls.
More and more people are beginning to feel this disconnection. We have doom-scrolling, increasing rates of anxiety, depression, and addiction. We’re overloaded with stimulation and distraction, and most of us don’t know how to regulate this overwhelming energy. The good news is, it’s never too late to reconnect with your soul. No matter where you are in life, the path to healing and rediscovery is always available. It begins with small moments of stillness, of tuning into that quiet inner voice, and embracing who you truly are. When you reconnect with your soul, the world shifts. The anxiety fades, the overwhelm lightens, and you step into a life full of purpose, meaning, and joy. The journey back to your soul is not only a return to yourself, but a way of coming back into harmony with Mother Earth. Let’s remember the truth of who we are and embrace the extraordinary gift of being human.
