Not just another day

Another day, another blessing. TGIF. Mondayitis. Hump day.

We attach little slogans to each day of the week like they’ll make life more bearable.

But what if we treated every day like no other? No Mondayitis. No countdowns.

Just the quiet joy of rising. The shy sky in pink hues, orange light peeking through.

Birdsong fills the stillness before the hum of the world wakes.

My eyes open, not to urgency, but to presence. No attachment. Just breathe. Winter air. The chill on my nose. The cold down to my toes.

I’ve let go of the calendar. There are no days now, no weeks, just flow.

What’s the most profound thing I can tell you that isn’t already on the internet?

There’s a part of me that wants to stretch across the world... and another part that longs to stay small within my sacred walls.

If I could tell you just one thing, it would be this:

You always have a choice.

That’s the most profound truth of it all ♡

There once was a girl whose heart expanded across the universe. But piece by piece, everything she loved was taken from her.

Still, her heart kept expanding. She refused to shrink into the abyss.

Though she had lost all she held dear, she finally understood:

She had a choice.

She couldn't control what was taken, but she could choose how to respond.

To rise, not fall. To keep showing up, every single day.
