Between the Snake and the Horse
I went quiet because I was learning how to stay.
There was a time when writing poured straight out of my life force. It moved me, carried me, and fuelled me.
Lately, I have been rooting instead. Letting my feet find the earth. Letting my nervous system soften enough to stop reaching for the sky every time something feels uncertain.

The Roles we play
The world keeps spinning, and lately I have been so immersed in connecting with nature and deeper within myself. It has taken me over thirty years, countless mistakes, and what I now call learning experiences to arrive here — in this space of remembering. A space where I can finally see beyond who I was told to be and begin uncovering who I always was.
One Step at a Time, Back to Your Soul
Every small shift becomes a turning point, guiding you gently back to the wholeness you thought you had forgotten.
Sitting with the calm breeze flowing through me, surrounded by the hum of traffic and the vast view of the ocean, I can’t help but reflect on the world we’ve created.
For so long, soul was pushed aside, hidden beneath the noise of productivity, distraction, and survival. Yet slowly, quietly, it has crept back in. And now, we are standing at a tipping point, where more and more hearts are longing for something real, something deeper, something beyond the dream we were sold.
Frequency: The New Way to Understand Energy
I sat and wondered where I was going.
The path was overgrown with regret and sorrow.
Yet in the stillness, a small clearing appeared.
It took hold as I shifted my frequency from heaviness to the wonder of joy, of not knowing where this new path would take me.
Independence isn’t isolation… it’s connection
But I also believe we’re wired for connection.
We are still tribal beings, even in a modern world.
That feeling of belonging, whether it’s in a sports team, a women’s circle, or a workplace — comes from being part of something bigger than ourselves.
Wild Energy
What if the most important step is the one you're taking right now?
Life moves in waves, rising and falling with moments of stillness in between, but how often do we actually pause to tune into ourselves?
Even in the unknown, there is beauty
After a few weeks of intense revelations and soul work, it feels like the right moment to pause. To step back, not in retreat, but in reverence. There is so much moving through us right now, individually and collectively and sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is to simply sit in the stillness and let it all land.
Now we remember
The journey is no longer about healing, but about awakening to who we have always been.
I feel such a passion run through me at the sheer grandeur of this thing we call life, a force so deeply moving it cannot be contained by words alone.
Into the Abyss (And I Don’t Want to Be Pulled Out)
Falling into a dream that doesn’t have a clear ending… just a deep knowing.
I would’ve always described myself as adventurous, someone who didn’t hesitate when life called, someone who didn’t overthink the next move but instead trusted that whatever came was meant for me.
I am soul, I am me
I can dream a future into reality but those dreams, they’re sacred. I hold them close now. For so long, I used to speak my dreams out loud to the world, hoping someone would catch them and help me bring them to life. But I never really sat with them. I never truly nurtured them into becoming real.
Rising with the sun
Intiwan Wichqay
As the sun gently kisses the horizon, I find myself in quiet reverence, offering thanks for the gift of witnessing this sacred moment, a daily reminder that life is always beginning again.
When the Earth takes a breath
It seems many of us are turning to alternate ways, not just to share but to finally speak. To move beyond filtered images and algorithms and into the interject of the mind. Here, there is room to stretch, to go deeper than what our social platforms allow.
Coming Home
The ones who came before us, they knew.
They didn’t need to be taught how to connect to the land or the sea.
They were the land. They were the sea.
They didn’t reach for phones or people to fill the emptiness.
They reached for the Earth, and the Earth reached back.
The freedom we chase
"The freedom we crave often reveals the places where we are most wounded."
It dawned on me today, the freedom I was chasing was where I was most wounded.
I sat and reflected: There are some who chase freedom. And some who chase control.
Both are trying to fill a space left by an old wound.
Not just another day
Another day, another blessing. TGIF. Mondayitis. Hump day.
We attach little slogans to each day of the week like they’ll make life more bearable.
But what if we treated every day like no other? No Mondayitis. No countdowns.
Just the quiet joy of rising. The shy sky in pink hues, orange light peeking through.
Birdsong fills the stillness before the hum of the world wakes.
Love is timeless
They say love is timeless, and I believe this to be true.
It’s a deep soul connection between two people.
So, I want you to close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in.
Now exhale, feel your shoulders drop.
Let the calm settle into your bones.
Am I allowed to rise?
There comes a time when the people around you start to feel less like support… and more like shadows. I’ve been circling this truth for a while now — telling myself they’re just “busy,” “going through their own stuff,” or “not that bad.”
But the reality is:
I feel invisible in their presence.
Worse — I feel small.
