Wild Energy

A Moment of Pause

What if the most important step is the one you're taking right now?

Life moves in waves, rising and falling with moments of stillness in between, but how often do we actually pause to tune into ourselves?

In a workplace, we’re given performance reviews, structured feedback, accountability, a space to reflect on how we’re showing up. But do we offer that same level of care and check in for our personal lives? Do we ever sit down and truly review our own journey, acknowledging what we’ve achieved, what felt aligned, what didn’t quite work, and what life has been teaching us through it all?

Lately, I’ve started doing just that. Not as a productivity hack or a self improvement ritual, but as a sacred act of understanding myself on a deeper level. So I invite you to try it too. Boil the water, pour yourself a tea, take a pen and paper, and create space for your own kind of annual review. You might be surprised by what you uncover by how much growth has been quietly unfolding behind the scenes.

There are still days when I feel like I’m on a hamster wheel, simply moving through the motions. I’ve stripped my life back to the bare essentials, and yet when I look back, I can see just how much I’ve changed not in the loud ways, but in the quiet, steady unfolding of becoming. I no longer hold tightly to the material side of living. What I cherish now is the making of memories and that’s something I want to explore with more intention. What memories am I creating, both for myself and for my children? Because when everything else fades, those moments are what remain.

I often ask myself, am I living a life filled with joy and laughter, or am I just surviving?

Survival has been my theme for the past years. But even in the thick of it, I’ve continued to pour my energy into becoming a person who walks with integrity, and a mother who leads with presence. I stumble, I question, I fall apart and rebuild again. And still, every time I wonder if it’s all worth it, the answer always returns as a loud, unwavering yes.

Because what I’m learning and what I hope others see through my journey, is that even when life is messy and uncertain, we can still live a full, meaningful life. Resilience isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about staying open, honest, and rooted in something deeper.

And maybe that’s the reminder we all need.

“Your outer journey may contain a million steps; your inner journey only has one, the step you are taking right now.”
Eckhart Tolle

This quote landed so deeply for me. Because while we often get caught up in what’s next, the healing, the proving, the pushing forward. Our soul isn’t asking for perfection. It’s asking for presence. One honest step at a time. Even when it comes to manifesting, we can become so focused on the outcome that we forget the power is in this moment. Manifestation isn’t about chasing what’s ahead, it’s about aligning with what’s true right now because when we’re fully present, grounded in our energy, and living in integrity, we naturally become a magnet for what’s meant for us.

Presence is the portal. That grounded, soul led awareness, that’s where the real magic begins.

So with this wild energy pouring into the heart of Mother Earth, let this be your invitation to pause.
Not for the sake of progress, but for the sake of presence.
To honour the life you’ve been living and the one your soul is still creating.
