Frequency: The New Way to Understand Energy
I sat and wondered where I was going.
The path was overgrown with regret and sorrow.
Yet in the stillness, a small clearing appeared.
It took hold as I shifted my frequency from heaviness to the wonder of joy, of not knowing where this new path would take me.
Frequency is vibration expressed as waves moving through space. It is something tangible, something we can all understand. A radio works through frequency. A microwave works through frequency. The universe itself communicates in frequencies and most importantly, so do we.
Scientific studies have shown that humans emit both an internal and external frequency. This is what many traditions call the aura, the field of vibration surrounding the body. Whether or not we see it, we are constantly sending out signals and receiving them from the world around us. Think about how you can walk into a room and instantly “feel” the atmosphere before anyone speaks. That is frequency. Think about why certain people uplift you while others leave you drained. That too is frequency.
The word energy can sometimes feel vague. But frequency makes the concept clearer, easier for the mind to digest. Imagine tuning a radio: when the dial is set to the right station, the sound becomes sharp and clear. In the same way, when you tune yourself to the right frequency, life feels sharper, lighter, and more connected.
A common misconception is that if you are interested in energy or consciousness, you must also talk to aliens, see visions, or wander into other realms. But frequency is not about that. You can be deeply grounded, entirely down to earth, and still live attuned to your frequency. The strength of frequency work lies in something far simpler, it allows you to hear your intuition and, more importantly, to trust it.
We are entering a time where the next step in human evolution is not about seeking more information outside of ourselves, but about learning to tune inward. Recognising and trusting our inner frequency is the gateway to soul connection. Each of us carries a unique frequency — a soul blueprint for our time here on Earth. When we live from that place, rather than being shaped by outside expectations, we step into our true path.
To be “spiritual” has nothing to do with fitting into a stereotype or following a rigid path. True spirituality is simply this: to know thyself. When we commit to tuning into our own frequency not the noise of the world, not the projections of others, we begin to live in alignment. From that alignment comes clarity, peace, and a deeper connection to the soul.
The path may not always be clear, but frequency is the compass. Tune to the frequency of joy, and watch how the forest opens into light.
