Love is timeless

They say love is timeless, and I believe this to be true.
It’s a deep soul connection between two people.

So, I want you to close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in.
Now exhale, feel your shoulders drop.
Let the calm settle into your bones.

Now, visualise someone you love, or have loved.
Feel the instant shift in your energy as their eyes meet yours.
Your mouth begins to lift… that smile you didn’t know was waiting.
It’s that subtle knowing you both share.

Breathe in the love as it washes over you.
Feel your chest rise and expand.
Now imagine them stepping toward you, and you toward them.
Your arms reach out, and you embrace.

That swirling magic of love begins to encapsulate you both.
Your cheeks brush, soft and close.
Then your lips meet, and that’s when the magic begins.

Your whole body lights up with this magnetic energy.
A deep knowing stirs within you:
This is love.
This is the kind of magic that never disappears.

Stay here for as long as you like.
When you’re ready, step back and look into their eyes again.
Your hands are still holding.
You smile, because you know…
This won’t be the last time your heart beats for someone.

Each time we experience love,
The rhythm of the beat may change,
But the feeling always stays the same.

Love is a human gift.
A sanctuary where we feel safe with another soul.
A space to share the weight of everyday life,
And rise above it together,
Creating memories of joy, of laughter, of connection.

This is an exercise you can do anywhere, anytime.
It brings calm to the nervous system,
And it gently reminds you that love is always there to be found
If only you remember to look.

Sometimes, I get stuck in the rawness of living.
But this…
This reminded me:
Love is raw,
Love is pure,
Love is untamed.

I feel blessed I can evoke these emotions, and hold a memory so clear — a love so pure, so dear.

This piece came through differently.
Softer, slower. I didn’t write it with my usual edge
I wrote it from the memory of a love that softened me.
