Independence isn’t isolation… it’s connection
But I also believe we’re wired for connection.
We are still tribal beings, even in a modern world.
That feeling of belonging, whether it’s in a sports team, a women’s circle, or a workplace — comes from being part of something bigger than ourselves.
Even in the unknown, there is beauty
After a few weeks of intense revelations and soul work, it feels like the right moment to pause. To step back, not in retreat, but in reverence. There is so much moving through us right now, individually and collectively and sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is to simply sit in the stillness and let it all land.
Into the Abyss (And I Don’t Want to Be Pulled Out)
Falling into a dream that doesn’t have a clear ending… just a deep knowing.
I would’ve always described myself as adventurous, someone who didn’t hesitate when life called, someone who didn’t overthink the next move but instead trusted that whatever came was meant for me.
I am soul, I am me
I can dream a future into reality but those dreams, they’re sacred. I hold them close now. For so long, I used to speak my dreams out loud to the world, hoping someone would catch them and help me bring them to life. But I never really sat with them. I never truly nurtured them into becoming real.
Rising with the sun
Intiwan Wichqay
As the sun gently kisses the horizon, I find myself in quiet reverence, offering thanks for the gift of witnessing this sacred moment, a daily reminder that life is always beginning again.
Coming Home
The ones who came before us, they knew.
They didn’t need to be taught how to connect to the land or the sea.
They were the land. They were the sea.
They didn’t reach for phones or people to fill the emptiness.
They reached for the Earth, and the Earth reached back.
The freedom we chase
"The freedom we crave often reveals the places where we are most wounded."
It dawned on me today, the freedom I was chasing was where I was most wounded.
I sat and reflected: There are some who chase freedom. And some who chase control.
Both are trying to fill a space left by an old wound.
Love is timeless
They say love is timeless, and I believe this to be true.
It’s a deep soul connection between two people.
So, I want you to close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in.
Now exhale, feel your shoulders drop.
Let the calm settle into your bones.
It was never about me
As an energy healer, I have experienced many dark nights of the soul.
The question that haunted me the most was: Who am I to walk the path of a healer?
Can we go backwards to go forward?
No online shopping. No Google Maps. No morning scroll through Instagram with your coffee in hand.
Would you survive? Would you thrive? Or would you freeze… wondering how to be without it all?
Soulstreams – Everyday Souls
I’ve had the honour of offering Reiki to Daniel—a person who carries an inner strength so rooted yet moves through the world with a lightness that is rare. He is someone I’ve always been able to share expansive conversations with—the kind that stretch the edges of what you thought you knew and gently guide you into deeper reflection.
Spiritual or Conscious Awakening
Not every awakening looks the same. And that’s the beauty of it. Some of us begin by changing how we eat. We start moving our bodies differently, we care more about rest, we realise we’ve been living on autopilot. That’s a conscious awakening.
How to use Wanchako Palo Santo
If you're new to Palo Santo or looking to deepen your practice, this guide will walk you through how to use Wanchako Palo Santo Incense for a more peaceful, aligned life.
Why do I need to use Sage?
White sage is a sacred plant known for its powerful cleansing and healing properties. It has been used for centuries, particularly in Native American traditions, to purify spaces, protect from negative energies, and invite positive vibrations into your environment.
Healing by not healing
Maybe there was never a hole in my bucket. Maybe it was always meant to be there—letting things flow through, filtering what is meant to stay and what is meant to leave.
If nature had a price tag would we value it more?
Imagine a world where we scheduled time in nature just as we do for the gym
WANCHAKO PALO SANTO
Imagine stepping into a space filled with the sweet, woody aroma of Palo Santo—a scent that grounds you, lifts your spirit, and transports you to the heart of the Peruvian wilderness. This is the experience that Wanchako, a family-run Peruvian brand, offers with their artisanal Palo Santo incense.
The Importance of Setting Boundaries for Spiritual Protection
Boundaries are clear limits that help define where your energy ends and someone else’s begins. They protect your emotional, mental, and spiritual space, ensuring that you remain aligned with your own needs and values.
