Sacred Fire

This energy has been burning inside me for the past few days, and all I can feel is fire. It’s strange because, in the Southern Hemisphere, we’re preparing for the cooler months. But today in Sydney, Australia, the humidity feels like it’s at 90%. I’m sweating—it’s that humid.

But this fire inside me isn’t one that needs to explode out into the world. It’s an internal fire, a deep, juicy energy meant to be kept within. And if you do choose to share it, know that it is sacred.

The word sacred will start showing up more and more as you tune into your soul and intuition. You’ll notice a shift within yourself as you learn to honour your energy. You’ll become more intentional in how you express yourself, and every word will carry meaning. Gossip will no longer interest you because words are energy—you’ll start treating them with care rather than wasting them.

You will become sacred with your words, sacred with your interactions. And as your energy grows, so will your intuition. Things will begin to flow effortlessly in a positive direction.

So really think before you speak. Feel into what you’re about to say. How much do you value your energy? Because the way you value your energy is reflected in the way you value your words.

I know this lesson well—I used to give away my energy freely, handing it out to anyone who showed even the slightest interest. Even if they weren’t interested, I would still give. Because I’m kind. But at the end of the day, I was left drained. And learning to hold my energy sacred has been a tough but necessary lesson.

I think we all go through this. We all reach a point where we realise just how sacred our energy is.

As you move through today, see if you can feel that fire inside you. Notice it building, rising, and circulating like kundalini energy. The key is to contain it, letting it flow within rather than forcing it outward. Imagine an infinity symbol of fire energy moving through you. And when you do choose to share it, be mindful—truly value what you are offering to the world.

We are sacred vessels, sacred souls, here at this point in time for a reason.

So let’s start the shift. Let’s shift into valuing our energy. Because our energy is everything. And when you truly honour it, you open the door for everything else to flow—money, relationships, careers, and life itself.
