Whispers from the Dream
I woke up this morning feeling like the man in my dream had been wasting my time—going on about a civilisation I needed to connect with and insisting I should draw more. He said written words were too long, too stretched, that a picture could tell the story just as well. He had this machine that sharpened pencils, and each pencil had its own sound. My art, he claimed, would hold a frequency.
As I came out of my sleep, I wondered, why would he tell me all that? My first instinct with dreams is always to ask, did something in my waking life trigger this? But the answer was no. Sometimes I can trace my dreams back to something from my day, but this one felt different. It got me thinking.
I googled everything I could remember, and what I found was all about an ancient civilisation—Lemuria. I had heard the name before but never really looked into it. I only knew it as a lost city.
And that’s when I knew this dream carried a deeper message, one I haven’t fully deciphered yet. Every detail I researched matched real information. The man in my dream—who I assume was a fortune teller—had a magical box. He turned its handle and asked questions to it, revealing insights. He spoke of giants and claimed that Buddhism, while beautiful, wasn’t the full picture—that these ancient civilisations were the true pioneers of all religions.
An article on Lemuria reflected everything in my dream, and strangely, it resonated with where I am in life right now. Connecting to the Earth and elements has become my passion because I believe it unlocks the soul. Through that connection, you can live authentically and receive the blessings meant for you. But you have to stay rooted in the Earth and hold reverence for its magic.
The part about writing versus drawing has me stumped, though. I love writing, and I can’t draw at all. But maybe if I had the special pencils, he was crafting for me, I would think differently.
There is so much mysticism in this world, and on days like this, I wonder how much we’re missing simply because we live from our minds rather than our hearts.
As I continue my quest to remember more of this dream, I invite you to look closely at yours. There may be hidden gems waiting to be uncovered.
If you know anything more about Lemuria, its wisdom, or its mysteries, I’d love to hear from you—share your insights in the comments!
