Reiki works on the subtle body — clearing what the mind cannot see. Through hands-on or hands-above placements, universal life force energy flows where it’s needed most, helping release blockages, restore harmony, and awaken your inner clarity.
During your 60-minute session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as I channel energy to support you. Clients often describe the experience as grounding, lightening, and profoundly peaceful — like a reset for the nervous system.
