With over 10 years of experience in energy healing, she has practiced on the Gold Coast and is now based in Sydney. Her sessions are designed to support deep relaxation, stress relief, and restoring balance to the body, mind, and energy. Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a nurturing, full body Hawaiian massage often called the “loving hands” massage. Rooted in the spirit of Aloha, it uses long, flowing, wave-like strokes to create a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. This heart centered treatment supports physical, emotional, and energetic release, helping you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing session designed to calm the nervous system, support emotional balance, and restore energetic flow. This treatment supports deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of clarity and alignment. Each session offers a quiet, supportive space to rest, reset, and reconnect with your body and energy.
