The Art of the Soul
We are no longer healing, as we are not broken—we are art!
The healing journey that we all eventually awaken to is one I struggle with—both as I move through life in Earth years and as my soul continues to evolve. Is it really healing, or is it soul awakening?
All the moments that arise in our lives, the ones that push us to dig deeper, to look beyond the surface, were imprinted within us long before we landed here on Earth. Everything we uncover is simply bringing us closer to our soul’s purpose—whatever that may be.
This is why I find myself wrestling with the word healing and why I believe it should instead be called soul evolution. The word healing can make people feel as though they are broken—but no one is broken. We are simply unlocking the parts of ourselves that have always been there.
It’s like a child covering a crayon drawing with black paint. Once the paint dries, they start scratching it away, revealing the vibrant colours beneath. We don’t call that broken—we call it art.
The art of the soul is what we live and breathe every single day. There is no healing left to be done—only growth, adventure, and the discovery of who we are destined to be. And please, don’t take that as some grand, Hollywood-esque idea. It’s simply about truly knowing yourself.
These thoughts have been stirring within me for a while, but the other day, as I was crying, I had this aha moment—I realised how far I had truly come on this journey of the soul. Previously, I would have let my soul disappear while I walked around like an empty vessel. But the journey of the soul is more powerful than we realise—it reprograms old thought patterns that no longer serve us. The growth is phenomenal.
I told my soul, We did not do all this work for you to leave me. I love who I am. I love who I am becoming.
The strength you generate through the art of soul evolution is powerful. It shows you why we must take this journey—to meet our soul in its truest form.
