Jewellery
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unworn and in its original condition.
- Is returned with any original packaging.
- Is returned at the customer's expense.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Palo Santo, Incense & Aura Mist
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Prayer Candles & Ceremonial Cacao
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles or food products for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
