ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Standard shipping within Australia is $9.95.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders $50 and over.

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping is available for $15, with estimated delivery of 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, peak periods and carrier delays outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout where available. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their destination country.

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Please choose carefully when purchasing incense, fragrance and other personal-use products, as some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Jewellery may be returned for change of mind within 14 days, subject to our Returns Policy and provided it meets the return conditions.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
